Test Valley Arts Foundation is an independent grant giving charity established in 1991 by the late Michael Colvin MP. We are Test Valley based with a vision of supporting, creating and improving artistic opportunities for our local communities. Our key objectives are:
to encourage a wide range of arts and music in the Test Valley
to support local cultural activity and help talented individuals and groups with their work in all art forms
to raise funds and give grants
to promote a variety of artistic initiatives including events and projects within Test Valley
to take experience of the arts to the wider community
On 20 November 2009 Chapel Arts studios were formally opened by The Mayor of Test Valley, Councillor Ian Hibberd. Already named a 'jewel' in Andover’s arts provision, along with the Lights theatre, Andover College and Andover Museum, Chapel Arts studios provides studio space for up to 4 artists.
