In the autumn of 2009 Test Valley Arts Foundation appointed David Dixon to lead the arts programme at Chapel Arts studios. David is a recipient of the 2009/2010 AA2A Residency Programme at Portsmouth University, works as an Artist Advisor on the Dada Exchange programme and as a Practitioner for the Creative Partnerships organisation in the South of England. Already actively involved in bringing this project to life he commented: “I feel extremely privileged to hold the inaugural post in ‘Chapel Arts studios’. I feel that this next year will prove to be one of the most exciting and rewarding years of my life and hope that we can involve as many people as possible in this ambitious venture.”
