Test Valley Arts Foundation invites applications for the 2008/2009 spring awards:

· The next decision day will be 26 March 2009

· The deadline for applications is 6 March 2009

Please note that applications for a Colvin Young Artists award will be accepted and considered at any time. Applications from talented school leavers are particularly welcome.

In addition to the general criteria governing all applications each award has its own specific criteria.

If your proposal complies with the criteria, complete and return the application form opposite (click to display).

Please insure any valuable items against damage and loss.

Consultation

Your preliminary grant application may require TVAF consultation, discussion, modification, development or an onsite visit. 

Trustees normally meet to consider fully prepared proposals twice a year, in late March and late September.  Initial proposals should therefore normally be submitted not less than three weeks before a Trustees Meeting.

Terms

The Board of Trustees decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into about its decisions. 

Grants must be used for the purpose for which they were awarded.

Awards that remain unclaimed after six months will be automatically withdrawn.

NB TVAF does not currently give grants for education or training fees, conferences or seminars, university or similar research, scholarships, commercial publications, basic services or core costs.
