Test Valley Arts Foundation was founded in 1991 to encourage arts in the district of Test Valley.
The Foundation supports and promotes artistic and cultural activity, raises funds for the arts and helps individual artists and art groups.
The Foundation was the brainchild of the late Michael Colvin MP who was its first chairman and continued in that post up to his tragic and untimely death in 2000.
